Customer Success Representative – Urdu & English

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Representative who will manage our existing client base, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in Urdu and English, comfortable making phone calls, and skilled at reporting and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by phone and email to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Share product updates, offers, and information to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, guiding them from first contact to closure.
• Assist the sales team with upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, lead status, and sales performance.
• Analyze data in Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate professionally in both Urdu and English, adapting to customer preferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, sales, or client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Strong follow‑up, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
• Experience in a sales or retail environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
