About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our growing Communication team. You will interact with clients in fluent English, handle queries professionally, and represent our brand with politeness and respect.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients professionally in spoken and written English.
- Handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Use typing and computer skills to manage client interactions smoothly.
- Represent our brand with politeness, respect, and professionalism at all times.
Required profile
- Prior experience in communication or customer support.
- Strong command of English, especially written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at Tariq Rd, Karachi.
- Flexibility to work rotational evening/night shifts.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and passion for helping people.
