Customer Support Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

Free Mind Marketing, a digital marketing agency, is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a full-time hybrid position in Islamabad (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The CSR handles customer inquiries by chat and phone, gives accurate and timely help, resolves concerns and keeps a professional customer experience. The role suits serious candidates comfortable in a fast-paced global company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through chat, email and phone
• Document customer interactions and follow established processes
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain professional communication at all times

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to research, understand and remember client details
• Proactive approach to understanding and engaging customers
• Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional with difficult customers
• Strong typing and documentation skills; attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM, ticketing, communication and customer support tools
• Ability to manage several customer interactions at once
• Customer service, call center or support experience preferred; bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply
