Customer Support Representative

About the role

Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage serving MENA, South Asia and Africa, is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives. You will be the first voice and written contact for clients, helping them navigate account opening, KYC, deposits, withdrawals and platform usage.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls as the primary communication channel.
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, website live chat and the online contact form.
• Guide clients through account opening, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals and platform access.
• Resolve MT5 login and platform issues, and escalate technical or payment faults with detailed case notes.
• Follow each open case through to closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0‑2 years experience in customer support, call centre, BPO or client services (fresh graduates with excellent English are welcome).
• Near‑native spoken English with a neutral accent and strong written English.
• Confidence on live calls and comfort switching between voice and written channels.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM, email and live‑chat tools.
• Familiarity with MT4 or MT5 platforms.
• Exposure to KYC or AML processes.

What we offer

• Rotating 24/7 shifts (day shifts in Lahore office, night shifts remote).
• Salary PKR 70,000‑100,000 per month, based on skill and experience.
• Immediate joining for candidates available at short notice.
