Medicare Verifier (SVC) – Night Shift

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail‑oriented Medicare Verifier (SVC) to work night shifts at its Satellite Town office in Rawalpindi. The role involves verifying sales on the Medicare campaign, ensuring compliance and maintaining high quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Medicare campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and device/service details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams and meet daily/weekly verification targets.
• Remain available for overtime, additional training, or performance improvement as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year BPO experience as a verifier (preferred).
• Excellent English communication, strong verbal and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude with good customer handling skills.
• Ability to work night shifts; regular students are not eligible.

Required skills

• Basic computer handling.
• CRM handling knowledge.
