Junior Closer (SVC) – Night Shift

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Closer to work on the Final Expense campaign. This full‑time, night‑shift position is based onsite in Rawalpindi and is ideal for candidates with BPO verification experience who want to grow their career in the BPO sector.

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Maintain documentation and recordings that meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and keep accurate verification records.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams and meet daily/weekly verification targets.
• Stay available for overtime, additional training, or performance improvement as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication, strong verbal and listening skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude with good customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Willingness to work night shifts; regular students are not eligible.
