Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

A fast-growing education support company based in Pakistan, which delivers online teaching lessons to international students, is hiring a customer service representative for its night shift team in Lahore. The role suits candidates who want a long-term career in customer support within the education industry. You will communicate with international parents and students by call, chat and WhatsApp, explain tutoring services and help turn leads into enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, WhatsApp and other channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tutoring services
• Convert leads into successful enrolments
• Maintain positive relationships with parents and students
• Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when needed
• Keep accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups and interactions
• Monitor customer feedback and report important concerns to management
• Achieve monthly performance targets

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate; freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable working day shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving and analytical skills

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, GHL and data entry
• CRM record keeping
