About the role

ABS International, a US-based company operating in Karachi since 2009, is hiring a Customer Support Representative for its US operations. You will handle inbound calls and queries from existing US-based customers, listening and helping so that every customer leaves the call satisfied. It is not a sales role; it focuses on communication, problem solving and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and queries from US customers
Listen to customer issues and provide helpful solutions
Ensure each customer leaves the call satisfied

Required profile

Good spoken and written English, as you will talk to US customers daily
Patient, calm and good with people
Experience in customer service, BPO or calling is a plus; freshers with strong English are welcome
Available on-site, Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 2 AM permanently
