Customer Support Service Executive – USA Campaign

About the role

Trenzilo is looking for an experienced Customer Support Service Executive to join its USA campaign. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering clear, timely, and professional assistance to customers through approved communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support interactions and identify customer needs.
• Explain services, procedures, and provide suitable resolutions.
• Investigate account, service, billing, or technical concerns and escalate complex cases when required.
• Document all interactions accurately in the customer support system.
• Meet campaign targets for response quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Protect customer information and comply with company policies and service standards.
• Share recurring issues and useful feedback with supervisors and relevant teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, call‑center operations, or similar roles; international campaign experience preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and professional communication.
• Ability to handle questions, complaints, troubleshooting, and service requests calmly and accurately.
• Reliable remote‑work discipline, stable internet connectivity, and effective time management.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications services and willingness to learn campaign‑specific products.
• Availability for morning shift work.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer record documentation.
