Cybersecurity Specialist / SOC Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Specialist / SOC Analyst to strengthen our security posture across email, endpoints, networks, and monitoring systems. The role is hands‑on and requires independent configuration, management, and response to security threats throughout the technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage email security solutions, including spam filtering, phishing protection, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC policies.
• Deploy, tune, and maintain firewalls such as Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto.
• Manage endpoint protection tools like Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne.
• Monitor and analyze alerts using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Wazuh) and conduct incident response.
• Detect, analyze, and remediate malware and other security incidents.
• Maintain networking security fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and access control mechanisms.
• Support security for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments and assist with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with email security and firewall management.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CySA+ are a plus.
