Data Engineer – ETL Specialist

About the role

As a Data Engineer specializing in ETL, you will design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow across our healthcare platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, resolving complex database migration challenges in the healthcare domain.
• Develop best‑practice recommendations, sample code, and technical presentations for business and technical stakeholders.
• Migrate transactional databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to the CureMD platform.
• Perform data scraping using Python and support large‑scale data migration projects.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather requirements, design migration plans, and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience with data migration strategies, both on‑premises and cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare IT domain is highly preferred.

Required skills

• SQL Server (2008+), PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Python for data scraping.
• Hands‑on experience developing ELT/ETL workflows.
