Data Entry Specialist – Excel Expert

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist with advanced Excel expertise to join its Karachi office. The role is full‑time and focuses on maintaining high‑quality company data while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data across databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Process large volumes of data with a focus on precision and integrity.
• Utilise advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Filters) for sorting, filtering, and reporting.
• Verify data accuracy, identify and correct inconsistencies promptly.
• Generate comprehensive reports and data summaries to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather and update necessary information.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all company data.
• Train and supervise a junior team member, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Adapt to new tools such as Google Sheets and ERP platforms to optimise data management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant data entry or Excel‑focused experience.
• Excellent typing speed and strong attention to detail.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and security.
