Data Science Trainer

About the role

Upskill Training Services is seeking a full‑time Data Science Trainer to join its on‑site team in Islamabad. You will design and deliver engaging data‑science curricula that blend lectures, hands‑on labs, and project‑based learning for a diverse learner base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical exercises covering statistics, programming, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Deliver classroom instruction and guide learners through real‑world projects.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to varying skill levels.
• Collaborate with the training team to keep course content current and aligned with industry needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training standards and curriculum updates.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in science education with the ability to connect data‑science concepts to practical problems.
• Proficiency in physics and mathematics for explaining quantitative methods and statistical reasoning.
• Experience as a qualified teacher, including classroom management and learner engagement.
• Background in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and inclusive teaching practices.
