About the role

ICON Global is seeking a Data Scraper / B2B Lead Generation Executive to support its Business Development team during the evening shift. The role focuses on researching, collecting, and verifying high‑quality B2B prospect data for sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify B2B prospects in target industries and markets.
• Build targeted lead lists with company and decision‑maker information.
• Collect and verify email addresses using lead generation and email verification tools.
• Maintain accurate lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
• Remove duplicate and outdated records to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to meet lead requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or currently pursuing a degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in data scraping, lead generation, or data research.
• Hands‑on experience with data scraping tools and browser extensions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, business directories, and B2B prospecting.
• Strong analytical, internet research, and organizational skills.
