Debt Collection Specialist – On-site in Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Debt Collection Specialist to manage overdue rental and non‑rental accounts for Swapp’s car‑subscription service in Islamabad. You will work closely with Operations, Finance and Customer Support to ensure timely recovery of balances while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels to discuss overdue charges.
• Explain fines, fees and payment obligations clearly and professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and support customers in settling balances.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and updates in company systems.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior team members.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Customer Support to improve collection processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, customer service, telesales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and taking ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
