Delivery Manager – ELV Systems Execution

About the role

Avanceon is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead ELV systems execution for projects based in Saudi Arabia, operating from its Pakistan office. The role involves close coordination with the KSA Project Manager, customers, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between the KSA Project Manager, customers, consultants, and Pakistan engineering teams.
• Support the complete project delivery lifecycle from engineering design to execution closure.
• Guide and manage internal engineering and drafting teams to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Coordinate execution activities for BMS, PAVA, ICT, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Review and monitor design submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Handle technical correspondence, RFIs, consultant comments, and project‑related communication.
• Track project deliverables, pending approvals, engineering logs, and documentation status.
• Assist in planning project priorities and resource allocation for engineering support activities.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal teams and provide updates to management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ELV systems execution and project coordination.
• Experience handling engineering documentation and consultant coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including customers, consultants, PMs, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and correspondence drafting skills.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
