Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner will ensure that Zones' products are available in the right locations, at the right time, and in the right quantities. This analytical position works with large data sets to forecast inventory needs and supports cross‑functional teams across operations, supply chain, and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze SKU inventory to minimize overall stock levels.
• Develop detailed inventory forecasts across product categories.
• Manage and analyze inventories for all clients.
• Participate in the weekly order review process.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive aged inventory to zero.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the Demand Planning team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an analytical or demand‑planning role.
• Strong statistical analysis abilities and comfort working with large data sets.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Pivot, lookups, formulas, data sourcing).
• Experience with demand‑planning software such as Kinaxis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Statistical analysis techniques.
