Deputy Manager Admin

About the role

The Deputy Manager Admin will represent Nayatel in dealings with external government and regulatory bodies, securing necessary permissions for fiber network installations across the Gujranwala Division.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies such as Local Government, TMAs, District Administration, GEPCO, Police, PEMRA, PTA, Railways, Irrigation Department, etc., to acquire NOCs and ROW permissions.
• Proactively coordinate with local police and district administration to resolve conflicts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and administrative offices.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups and proper documentation for compliance and legal processes.
• Oversee responsibilities for Gujranwala Division, including Sialkot and Daska.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or retired Captain/Major from Armed Forces.
• 4+ years experience in external liaison, legal affairs, or government relations.
• Confident, tactful, resilient in navigating bureaucratic processes.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
• Excellent public relations, verbal and written communication skills.
• Honest, ethical and ownership‑oriented.
