Desktop Support Technician – Karachi

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Technician to keep our users’ technology running smoothly across multiple locations in Karachi. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage IT assets, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver reliable support.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware problems, replace faulty components, and upgrade devices using diagnostic tools.
• Manage inventory of IT assets, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, including troubleshooting, rebuilding, and deployment.
• Perform warranty repairs for HP, Dell, and Lenovo equipment, handling parts ordering and returns.
• Prepare inventory and trend reports, travel to customer sites when required, and contribute to service‑operation improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and familiarity with macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent communication skills in English; local language a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide sound technical recommendations.
