DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

About the role

Software Finder is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers its AI, automation and data platforms. The role is hands‑on, with full ownership of AWS environments, CI/CD pipelines and platform security, and works closely with AI, data engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Build, manage and optimise AWS infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, databases and IAM.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure reproducible environments.
• Deploy and manage containerised workloads with Docker, Amazon ECS or Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to proactively resolve production issues.
• Maintain security best practices, including access control, secrets management and vulnerability remediation.
• Support large‑scale distributed processing and ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to productionise machine‑learning models and data pipelines.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem reviews.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Proven experience with Terraform or comparable IaC tools.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar.
• Solid background in Linux system administration.
