DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (GCP)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain our production infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will partner with development, QA, and IT teams to automate operations, ensure observability, and lead incident response, owning the health of our services as we scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Docker.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Google Cloud Run.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
• Define and own SLOs/SLIs, manage error budgets, and lead incident response as SRE.
• Administer MongoDB instances, including backup and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using GCP services and custom scripts.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production‑grade DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong judgment for reliability and ability to grow into senior ownership.
