Digital Marketing Analyst – Reporting & Analysis

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will own reporting and analysis for our Sierra AI Bot and digital media campaigns, turning data into actionable insights that drive optimisation and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyse Sierra AI Bot performance metrics such as call volumes, transfers, intents, close rates and conversion KPIs.
• Design, build and maintain automated dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) using Data Studio, Power BI and other BI tools.
• Maintain high‑quality Salesforce data, perform routine audits and update missing ad costs or pricing information.
• Execute deep‑dive quantitative analyses to investigate performance anomalies, lead response times and affiliate results.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Telecom, Finance and Tech teams to align reporting metrics and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (required); Master’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with a reputable firm and at least one year of technical know‑how of digital media platforms.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
