Digital Marketing and SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Digital Marketing and SEO Manager to lead the digital marketing activities for our Happy Assist AI campaign. You will develop and execute data‑driven strategies that generate qualified leads, boost brand awareness, and improve overall campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Happy Assist AI.
• Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Manage social media content, campaigns, and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
• Develop and implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends relevant to AI products/services.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize advertising spend.
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, AI, SaaS, or international campaigns.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
• Experience with AI‑related products or services is a plus.
