TalentPop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company, is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Assistant to help boost online visibility and drive traffic to its Shopify store and other marketplaces. The role is ideal for a creative, data‑savvy individual who enjoys crafting engaging content and supporting key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns and newsletters to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO efforts, including keyword research and implementation, to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, website traffic, and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability to produce clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
