Digital Marketing GMB Closers & Fronters (USA Campaign)

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing GMB Closers & Fronters specialist to drive USA‑focused campaigns from our Lahore office. You will manage Google My Business listings, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and support front‑end prospect interactions for our healthcare billing services.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain Google My Business (GMB) profiles for targeted USA markets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats, qualify leads, and close or forward prospects to the sales team.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media and other online channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate performance reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools and ensure compliant communication with prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, GMB management, or lead‑closing roles, preferably in healthcare or BPO environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, suitable for international clients.
• Ability to work USA shift hours and manage time‑sensitive tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is preferred.
