Digital Marketing Manager & Community Specialist

About the role

QuickTopUps is a digital platform at the intersection of gaming, fintech and digital content distribution, offering gaming vouchers, digital subscriptions and online goods through telco and payment integrations. It is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager & Community Specialist in Islamabad on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid, combining campaign planning, social media execution, content distribution and customer engagement, and calls for insight into Telco/VAS, gaming and digital goods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies aligned with gaming events, seasons and sales goals, and track KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR and conversions
• Ideate and run user acquisition campaigns and conduct ongoing competitor analysis on pricing, promotions and content
• Optimize product placement, pricing and customer flows using knowledge of telco and digital content distribution, and identify partnerships with payment partners, digital wallets or carrier billing services
• Test purchase flows end to end so that frontend promotions match backend delivery of VAS and vouchers
• Manage day-to-day social media operations and create captions, ad copy, promotional messaging and push notifications suited to gamers
• Use gaming trends, memes and pop culture to drive organic reach
• Act as the main brand voice on social and community channels, answering questions about payments, voucher redemption and platform use, and coordinating with technical and product teams

Required profile

• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in gaming, telco, VAS, fintech or digital distribution
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and campaign metrics
• Strong analytical, communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage communities, handle customer queries and protect the brand's reputation

Required skills

• Digital advertising tools such as Meta, Google Ads and TikTok Ads are a plus
