Digital Marketing Manager (Hands-On)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to build and run the core digital marketing function for our business and client projects. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns across websites, search, paid media, email, social and CRM, working directly within the relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into practical marketing plans, define target audiences, channels and offers, and maintain monthly calendars.
• Manage website content, landing pages, forms and conversion tracking using the company CMS, and work with designers and developers on technical updates.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and content‑gap research, create SEO briefs, implement on‑page SEO and monitor organic performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns, manage budgets, and track cost‑per‑lead and conversion metrics.
• Maintain lead‑capture forms, CRM records, email lists and basic automated journeys, and collaborate with sales to improve lead follow‑up.
• Oversee social media publishing schedules, coordinate content creation, and analyse engagement insights.
• Prepare clear briefs for external writers, designers, developers and video editors, obtain quotations and manage timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle digital marketing programmes, preferably in a hands‑on capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent organisational skills to coordinate internal teams and remote service providers.
• Ability to work on‑site in DHA‑2, Islamabad and collaborate across departments.
