Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Implement SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Oversee content creation ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Plan and launch digital campaigns for banking products and services.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights through KPIs and analytics.
• Drive customer acquisition and engagement through digital channels.
• Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Product Development and external partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital technologies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in digital and performance marketing.
• Proven expertise in social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, content marketing, analytics and audience segmentation.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
