Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end performance and growth campaigns for our clients across Pakistan, UAE and the United States. The role reports directly to the founder and requires proactive execution without micromanagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Build, launch, optimise and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Coordinate designers, publishers and content creators to deliver client briefs on time.
• Review and quality‑check all creative assets, reels and copy before publication.
• Manage organic social calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Run sales‑focused campaigns for Shopify e‑commerce clients, including product feeds and conversion tracking.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks and new‑business strategy documents.
• Leverage AI tools (Notion, Adobe CC, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital/performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of delivering ROAS, CPL and scale on Meta and Google platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Strong written English for client communication, proposals and reporting.
• Experience with e‑commerce and Shopify advertising campaigns.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable reading dashboards, forming hypotheses and acting on insights.
• Based in Faisalabad or willing to relocate; on‑site presence required.
