Digital Marketing Manager (Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive BlinkSwag’s online growth, strengthen brand presence and generate high‑quality leads across global markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of performance marketing, SEO, content and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives to boost organic visibility and website traffic, using tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Oversee website content, blogs, case studies and marketing collateral.
• Manage social media presence and engagement across relevant channels.
• Optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and email marketing automation.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product and design teams to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
• Experience targeting international markets is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Performance marketing (PPC, paid social) expertise.
• Strong SEO knowledge and experience with SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot.
