Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

The company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead online campaigns for its real‑estate projects in Lahore. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid media across Meta and Google platforms while generating high‑quality leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for property listings and brand campaigns.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads, monitor cost‑per‑lead and improve conversion performance.
• Design audience targeting, retargeting and lead‑nurturing funnels.
• Oversee social‑media presence, coordinate content and creative assets with internal teams.
• Track campaign metrics, lead quality, website traffic and ROAS, and produce regular performance reports.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaign goals with sales feedback.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of generating and managing qualified leads for property sales.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with a results‑driven approach.
