Digital Marketing Product Owner

About the role

Spark‑AI is seeking a Digital Marketing Product Owner to bridge product development and growth marketing. In this hybrid position you will own the website/booking platform roadmap while also leading SEO, paid media, content and conversion initiatives to drive online performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for the website/booking platform, writing user stories and collaborating with developers and designers in Agile sprints.
• Ship platform improvements such as booking flow, UX enhancements and site performance upgrades.
• Lead the digital marketing strategy across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content and email/CRM, managing budgets and agency relationships.
• Run A/B tests, optimise landing pages and the marketing funnel to increase traffic, leads and bookings.
• Own analytics and reporting for both product (feature adoption, conversion) and marketing (CAC, ROAS, traffic) and turn data into actionable decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams – design, engineering, content and external freelancers – to keep product and marketing work aligned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager for a web‑based platform.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on digital marketing experience, including paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven prioritisation decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating directly with engineers.
