Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate the growth and monetisation of our digital products. The ideal candidate thrives on turning digital attention into revenue through high‑impact content, community‑driven initiatives and performance‑focused campaigns. You will work closely with founders and leadership in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate and publish engaging social media content to drive reach, engagement and conversions.
• Manage daily posting schedules across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, Discord and other relevant channels.
• Participate actively in online communities to build brand presence and trust.
• Plan, execute and optimise organic growth campaigns for digital products.
• Assist in the creation, launch and management of paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, CTR, conversions) and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare clear performance reports and insights for senior management.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to inform strategies.
• Support minor sales and revenue tasks such as lead tracking and funnel assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and adapt quickly.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Basic digital advertising, funnel management and analytics.
• Meta Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads.
• Canva, CapCut (basic design and video‑editing).
