Digital Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online marketing initiatives, increase brand awareness and engage target audiences for AUK Group Ahsan ul Kalam in Karachi. The role is an individual contributor position focused on planning, executing and analysing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to promote products and services.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to optimise strategies.
• Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision‑making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and integration with overall marketing plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, audience engagement and marketing ROI.
• Manage and update company social media accounts, including content scheduling, community interaction and engagement tracking.

Required profile

• At least 16 years of formal education.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience executing digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently without team management responsibilities.
