Digital Marketing Specialist - Telecommunications

About the role

An experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist is sought to develop and run digital marketing strategies, manage online campaigns, raise brand awareness, generate leads and drive customer engagement across several digital channels. The role suits someone with 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience and a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage social media and create engaging content for telecom products and services.
• Run campaigns for mobile packages, internet services, broadband, SIM products, promotions and other telecom offerings.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and report regularly; optimise campaigns for better ROI, leads, conversions and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the telecom sector.
• Work with sales, creative, product and business development teams.
• Support SEO, SEM, email marketing and content marketing, and manage digital budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience; telecom industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, and ability to handle several campaigns and projects at once.
• Experience with digital marketing agencies or telecom brands is an added advantage.
