About the role

Carpe Diem is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to design, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital campaigns for our diverse client base. You will drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI while guiding a team of Client Success Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies that increase traffic, leads, and ROI for clients.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce engaging, brand‑aligned content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Client Success Managers and Senior Success Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with successful campaign outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience using SEO tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
