Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Google’s ecosystem. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, maximising ROI, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance ad creative and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery and Performance Max.
• Continuously refine audiences, bidding strategies and conversion tactics to improve performance.
• Set up and maintain tracking in Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate event and conversion recording.
• Create and oversee remarketing campaigns to re‑engage new and returning audiences.
• Monitor daily spend, performance metrics and lead quality, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to boost ad relevance and click‑through rates.
• Work with analytics teams to analyse data, adjust budgets and allocate spend to the best‑performing channels.
• Conduct competitor and keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Google Ads and GA4 features and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with a proven track record of driving conversions and reducing cost‑per‑lead.
• Strong understanding of remarketing strategies and marketing funnels.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
