Digital & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Al Fath Media, a leading out‑of‑home advertising agency in Pakistan, is seeking a Digital & Social Media Specialist to shape its digital voice. You will turn campaign work into compelling content that builds credibility with brand marketers and supports business development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Al Fath Media’s social channels, primarily LinkedIn, as well as Instagram and Facebook.
• Transform live campaigns into case studies, showcase reels, and visual assets for prospective clients.
• Develop a thought‑leadership presence on LinkedIn to attract brand, agency, and multinational relationships.
• Create content that highlights the company’s digital OOH (DOOH) positioning.
• Manage website presence, perform basic SEO tasks, and ensure up‑to‑date information.
• Collaborate with photographers and designers to capture and package billboard and campaign work.
• Track content performance, analyse metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital, social, or content roles, preferably within an agency, media, or B2B environment.
• Strong writing ability and visual instinct to present work in a premium manner.
• Fluency with LinkedIn as a business platform, not just a social network.
• Self‑starter attitude capable of building a function from the ground up.
• Interest in out‑of‑home advertising is a plus.
