Digital Transformation Officer – IT Support

About the role

Vision Technologies Corporation, a leading sports‑goods manufacturer, is seeking a proactive Digital Transformation Officer to provide first‑line IT support across the organization. You will ensure that all hardware, software and network services run smoothly, enabling staff to focus on delivering high‑quality athletic products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain and update systems, applying the latest security patches and software versions.
• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect against viruses and cyber threats.
• Perform diagnostic testing and debugging to optimise computer performance.
• Install, configure, repair and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Resolve email, internet connectivity and other communication‑related problems.
• Document support activities, scheduled maintenance and technical procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong analytical and customer‑service orientation with good communication skills.
