About the role

The Group Director – Schools & Growth leads the school network, ensuring high‑quality education, enrollment growth, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability across multiple campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to all school principals and campuses, establishing performance standards and conducting regular reviews.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment, improve campus utilization, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Ensure high academic standards, oversee curriculum implementation, monitor student performance, and drive teacher development.
• Monitor revenue growth, cost discipline, and operational effectiveness while working with finance on budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Standardize operational processes, improve systems and reporting, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop annual growth and performance plans, track KPIs, and report to the CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience in school systems or education management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple campuses or large educational institutions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, strategic planning, and communication abilities.
• Experience driving enrollment growth and improving institutional performance.
• Strong financial awareness and operational management skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to drive change and manage growth.
