Director Audit Intelligence & Continuous Assurance

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Director of Audit Intelligence & Continuous Assurance to lead a data‑driven audit function. You will enable real‑time risk monitoring, automated control testing and the adoption of AI‑based audit tools across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit analytics strategies to detect risk patterns, anomalies and emerging risks.
• Design and operate a continuous auditing framework with automated control monitoring, exception reporting and key risk/indicator dashboards.
• Govern the use of AI tools and models (e.g., AURA) within Internal Audit, ensuring reliability, accuracy and compliance.
• Promote AI and advanced analytics in audit planning and execution, evaluating AI‑generated insights.
• Create standards, controls and governance frameworks for audit‑related AI use cases.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve audit productivity, coverage and digital working papers.
• Standardise audit workflows, reporting and interactive dashboard solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 10 + years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including software development, data analytics, auditing and AI.
• 3‑5 years of senior‑level experience leading audit or analytics functions.
