Director Ethics & Compliance

About the role

Lead and continuously strengthen PTCL’s enterprise‑wide Ethics & Compliance program by developing policies, processes and strategies, while overseeing compliance risks across ABAC, AML, GSEC, regulatory and other domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously enhance PTCL’s Ethics & Compliance program, policies, procedures and strategy aligned with telecom regulations and e& Group requirements.
• Lead the annual compliance plan, monitor emerging risk areas, and provide governance updates to senior management and the Board Audit Committee.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Own and strengthen ABAC, AML, GSEC, sanctions screening, conflict‑of‑interest and third‑party due‑diligence frameworks.
• Monitor telecom and corporate law compliance, respond to regulatory changes and coordinate reporting with the Regulatory function.
• Manage merger‑related compliance obligations, liaise with the appointed third‑party reviewer and ensure timely information delivery.
• Maintain and promote the employee and third‑party Code of Conduct, fostering an ethics‑driven culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field; professional certifications such as CCEP, CIA, CRMA or CISA are a plus.
• 10‑12 years of supervisory or leadership experience in Ethics & Compliance, legal, risk or regulatory functions.
• Deep understanding of PTCL’s operations, telecom regulatory environment, merger obligations and ABAC/AML/GSEC risk landscape.
• Ability to advise senior management and the Board on compliance matters.
