Director of Growth & Digital Marketing

About the role

GPI Moto is looking for an experienced Director of Growth & Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, e‑commerce expansion, and revenue generation across B2B, D2C, and wholesale channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive sales and scale the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Amazon, Shopify, B2B, D2C, wholesale, distributor and dealer channels.
• Identify new market opportunities, products and customer segments.
• Build and manage B2B lead‑generation and partnership programs.
• Lead acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, email, SEO and emerging platforms.
• Oversee digital advertising, remarketing and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, sales funnels, CAC, conversion rates and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, product and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital, growth or e‑commerce leadership.
• Proven record of measurable sales growth and revenue increase.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in automotive, powersports or consumer‑product sectors is a plus.
