Director of Sales and Marketing

About the role

The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead One World Immigration’s growth in Pakistan, shaping strategy, building client relationships and overseeing a large multi‑city team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share in the immigration consultancy sector.
• Lead, mentor and manage a diverse team of up to 100 sales and marketing professionals across multiple branches.
• Drive revenue growth for business immigration, citizenship/residency by investment and visit‑visa services.
• Utilise data‑driven decision making and business‑intelligence tools to analyse market trends and competitor strategies.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, lead‑generation initiatives and CRM systems to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation in both English and Urdu.
• Benchmark pricing and service offerings against competitors to maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards governing immigration consultancy services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably within consultancy or immigration services.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical client interactions.
• Ability to lead multiple branches or cities with a clear vision for expansion.
