Director - Packaging Operations

About the role

Packaging House USA is looking for a Director to oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic leadership and ensure organizational goals are met. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, involving cross-functional team management, performance targets and key business metrics. The Director coordinates with production, sales and logistics to improve efficiency, quality and client satisfaction, and leads process optimization and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Coordinate with production, sales and logistics to improve efficiency, quality and client satisfaction
• Lead initiatives for process optimization and cost control
• Mentor team members for continuous improvement
• Prepare and review operational reports and take part in budget planning
• Support long-term growth and scalability

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management and cross-functional coordination
• Experience in operations management, production planning or supply chain within manufacturing or packaging-related industries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Comfort with on-site work in Lahore and availability for full-time, onsite leadership
• An advantage: experience with quality assurance standards, regulatory compliance and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
