Director - People & Culture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of People & Culture to shape and execute the people strategy for a multi‑site organization in Pakistan. The role will drive culture transformation, talent acquisition, and performance excellence across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, including leadership development and workforce planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Champion culture change programs and manage large‑scale change initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR policies support growth and compliance.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing HR for organizations with 500+ staff members.
• Experience in IT, BPO, tech services, or similar large‑scale service environments is preferred.
• Strong background in culture transformation, leadership development, and change management.
