Dispatcher & Operator – UK Cab Industry (iCabbi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher & Operator to manage UK‑based cab bookings using iCabbi dispatch software. The role involves coordinating drivers, handling customer requests, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch bookings through iCabbi.
• Allocate jobs to drivers efficiently while maximizing fleet utilization.
• Monitor live driver activity and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Handle customer bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Track vehicle locations and maintain service standards.
• Respond professionally to customer and driver queries.
• Maintain accurate booking and trip records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the UK taxi/cab industry.
• Hands‑on experience with iCabbi and Autocab dispatch software.
• Strong understanding of UK taxi dispatch operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
