Driver Manager – Transportation Operations Lead

About the role

The Driver Manager will lead daily transportation operations for Bacha Party in Karachi. Working on‑site, you will coordinate driver schedules, route planning and vehicle availability to ensure timely delivery of uniforms to schools, hospitals and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise driver schedules and routes on a daily basis.
• Monitor fleet availability, vehicle maintenance needs and compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with drivers, internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Track fleet performance metrics and prepare basic operational records.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase service quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, transport supervision or related operational roles.
• Strong operations and transportation management capabilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, handle multiple tasks and make timely decisions under pressure.
• A diploma or degree in business, logistics or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
