DVM Sales Manager (Female) – Veterinary Sales

About the role

The DVM Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets within the veterinary sector. Reporting to senior management, the role leads a sales team, builds strong customer relationships, and uncovers new market opportunities. Candidates must hold a DVM degree and possess relevant sales experience, preferably in animal health.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to maximize performance.
• Maintain compliance with veterinary regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing on product promotion and brand positioning.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust tactics.

Required profile

• DVM degree or equivalent veterinary qualification.
• Relevant sales experience in the veterinary or animal‑health industry (fresh graduates are also encouraged).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
