E-Commerce Operations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated E‑Commerce Operations Intern to support our online store and warehouse processes. This paid, one‑month internship will give you hands‑on experience with product listing, order fulfillment, and basic photo editing for a children’s clothing brand.

Key responsibilities

• Check and pack children’s garments for online orders.
• Capture clear product photos using a mobile phone or camera.
• Edit photos (crop, resize, adjust brightness, clean background).
• Enter product details – name, size, colour, price, stock – into the system.
• Upload product information and images to our WooCommerce website.
• Maintain an organized workspace and keep a daily record of completed tasks.

Required profile

• Responsible, trustworthy and eager to learn.
• Basic computer literacy.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Required skills

• Basic product photography using a mobile device.
• Simple photo editing (cropping, resizing, brightness adjustment, background cleaning).
• Familiarity with WooCommerce for product uploads.
